Shoshana Wolff is the Founder and Chef of Springchow. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she earned her knives and her skills in some of the finest kitchens in Las Vegas, Miami and Los Angeles including Bouchon at The Venetian Hotel, Blue Door at the Delano Hotel and Jer-Ne at the Ritz Carlton. A former private chef, Shoshana Wolff has also created dishes for many of the most exclusive clients in the movie industry who enjoy her simple, yet stylish preparations.

Shoshana's culinary curiosity led her to spend time abroad in France, Spain, Argentina, Japan and Vietnam. Today her love of healthy food is evidenced in Springchow where she combines her passion for Asian cuisine and just-picked ingredients in her own many inspired versions of the spring roll. With Springchow, Shoshana Wolff takes the humble spring roll to a delightful new level of freshness and flavor.
